1 Week Return & Replacement Policy

At Odore Fragrances, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and replacement policy under the following conditions:

1. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. A valid proof of purchase (order receipt) is required.
3. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item delivered was incorrect or damaged.
5. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 working days after inspection.
6. If the product is found to be opened, used, or tampered with, the return request will be rejected.
